What happened on 3 November 2021 in Kyiv and Poland?

Summary
A look back at two separate reports from 3 November 2021: a protest in Kyiv against vaccination and a border incident involving Belarusian troops in Poland.
What did the region's news look like on 3 November 2021? Two reports stood out, one in Kyiv and one on the Polish-Belarusian border.
In Kyiv, several thousand people took part in a rally against COVID-19 vaccination and the restrictions introduced because of the pandemic. Participants blocked traffic at several points in the government quarter.
Further west, Poland summoned the Belarusian chargé d'affaires. The summons followed an incident in which Belarusian troops crossed into Polish territory overnight. A Polish government spokesman said the Belarusian personnel advanced 300 metres (980 ft) into Poland. According to the spokesman, they returned across the border only when a Polish patrol confronted them.
The two reports were unrelated. One concerned public opposition to health measures in Ukraine's capital. The other concerned a diplomatic response to a cross-border incursion between two neighbouring states. Both were recorded on the same day.
