What did the 11 May 2021 court ruling settle?

Summary
A retrospective on an appeals court decision about Ukrainian orthography, and a Russian missile-testing report from the day before.
What did Ukraine's Sixth Administrative Court of Appeal settle on 11 May 2021? Going by the reports from that day, the Appeals Administrative Court upheld the validity of the new edition of Ukrainian orthography. The ruling confirmed that the revised spelling rules remained in force.
The decision is the main point from that date. It concerned the rules governing how the Ukrainian language is written, and the court backed their current standing.
A separate report from 10 May
The day before, on 10 May 2021, sources in Russia's defence industry reported that Russia planned three tests of the RS-28 Sarmat hypersonic intercontinental ballistic missile in the third quarter of 2021. The tests were to take place at the Kura Missile Test Range in Kamchatka Krai as part of flight design tests.
According to those sources, two of the tests were expected to probe the missile's maximum capabilities, with a specified range of 18,000 km and speeds of around Mach 20. Deployment with the armed forces was expected in 2022.
